By accessing or using Zenodd, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Zenodd is an informational platform that provides football statistics, bookmaker odds comparison, AI-generated explanations, football insights and match information through conversational messaging. Zenodd is an informational platform. Zenodd is not a sportsbook, is not a betting operator and does not accept, place or settle wagers.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use Zenodd. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with all laws applicable to you, including local laws relating to sports information and gambling.

Access to Zenodd is provided through your WhatsApp account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your WhatsApp account and the devices used to access the service. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to be your activity.

You agree to use Zenodd only for lawful, personal and informational purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the service in a manner that could harm Zenodd, its users or third parties.

• Using automated systems, scrapers or bots to interact with the service without written permission.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise extract source code or non-public data.
• Interfering with, disrupting or overloading the service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Using the service to engage in unlawful activity, fraud, harassment or the promotion of gambling to minors.
• Reselling, sublicensing or commercially redistributing Zenodd outputs without our written consent.

All rights, title and interest in the Zenodd brand, software, content, AI-generated responses (excluding your input) and design belong to Zenodd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the service for its intended purpose. Third-party trademarks, team names and competition names remain the property of their respective owners.

We strive to keep Zenodd available and accurate, but the service is provided on a best-efforts basis. Zenodd may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, third-party outages (including WhatsApp, our AI provider or data providers), or events outside our reasonable control.

Zenodd uses large language models to generate natural-language explanations of football data. AI-generated explanations may occasionally contain inaccuracies, omissions or outdated information. You should not rely on any AI-generated response as a statement of fact without independent verification.

Football statistics, fixtures and results are sourced from third-party data providers. Statistics are informational and are provided without warranty of accuracy or completeness. Football odds change continuously and the odds displayed in Zenodd may differ from those offered by any bookmaker at the moment of any actual transaction.

Zenodd does not provide betting advice. Zenodd does not recommend bets. Zenodd does not guarantee sporting outcomes. Nothing in the service should be construed as financial, investment or gambling advice. Any decision to place a wager with a licensed bookmaker is made entirely at your own discretion, and you remain solely responsible for any consequences arising from such a decision.

If you believe your gambling may be causing harm, please contact a responsible-gambling organisation in your jurisdiction, such as BeGambleAware, GamCare or a local equivalent.

A core principle of Zenodd is “AI Explains, Never Recommends.” The AI describes what the statistics and odds show; it does not tell you what to do with that information. Users remain solely responsible for every decision they make, including any decision to place, modify or refrain from placing a wager with a licensed operator.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenodd, its officers, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation lost profits, lost wagers, lost data or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.

The service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without guarantees of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability or uninterrupted operation.

We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to Zenodd at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, that your use poses a risk to the service or other users, or where required by law.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Zenodd's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections available to you in your place of residence remain unaffected. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer forum rules.
