Zenodd is an informational service that provides football statistics, bookmaker odds comparison, AI-generated explanations and match information through conversational messaging. We respect your privacy and are committed to handling your personal data in a lawful, fair and transparent manner in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR and other applicable privacy laws.

This Policy applies to all users of Zenodd, wherever located. By using Zenodd, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.

We collect only the information necessary to operate the service, respond to your messages and improve the quality of the assistant. We do not sell your personal data.

• Your WhatsApp phone number and display name, as provided by WhatsApp when you initiate a conversation.
• The content of the messages you send to Zenodd, including questions about matches, teams, odds and statistics.
• Any preferences, feedback or support requests you voluntarily share with us.

• Message metadata provided by the WhatsApp Cloud API, such as timestamps and message identifiers.
• Technical logs generated by our servers, including request identifiers, latency, error codes and coarse device or client information reported by the messaging platform.
• Aggregated usage statistics used to monitor service performance and reliability.

Zenodd is delivered through the WhatsApp Cloud API operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. When you message Zenodd, WhatsApp processes your message in order to deliver it to us. This processing is governed by WhatsApp's and Meta's own privacy terms, which apply in addition to this Policy.

We receive from WhatsApp only the information required to respond to you: your phone number, display name, message content and associated metadata. We do not receive your WhatsApp contacts, media libraries or messages sent to other parties.

To generate natural-language explanations, Zenodd sends the content of your questions—together with the relevant football statistics and odds data—to a third-party large language model provider under a data processing agreement. Prompts are processed solely to generate a response and are not used by the provider to train its foundation models.

Zenodd relies on third-party sports-data and odds providers to supply match information, statistics and bookmaker odds. When you request such information, we query these providers with non-identifying queries (for example, a team name, competition or match identifier). Your personal data is not shared with football data providers.

The conversational service on WhatsApp does not use cookies. Our public website may use a limited set of essential and analytics cookies to understand aggregated usage and improve the site. Please see our Cookie Policy for details.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. Conversation content is retained for a limited period to provide continuity of the assistant and to investigate abuse or technical issues. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics may be retained for longer. When data is no longer required, it is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, disclosure or alteration. These include encryption in transit, access controls, network segmentation, monitoring and least-privilege administrative practices. No system can be guaranteed fully secure, and users should safeguard their own devices and accounts.

Zenodd operates internationally. Personal data may be processed in countries outside your own, including in the United States, where our messaging and AI providers operate. Where required, we rely on adequacy decisions, EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards to protect transferred data.

Zenodd integrates with third-party providers that act as processors on our behalf, including WhatsApp Cloud (Meta), our AI model provider, our football data and odds providers, and our hosting and infrastructure providers. Each provider is bound by contractual obligations and by applicable data protection law.

You may contact us at any time to ask questions about how your information is handled or to exercise your rights. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to:
